Lately I go to Biscuitville and get their spicy chicken biscuit with honey - so fucking good!!
And they make the biscuits fresh, got a biscuit wench you can watch making em!!

 

Agree. Thankfully this state (lower half) will show franchises the door, because we know and appreciate food. There really aren’t too many chain steak places… Ruth’s Chris started here…

All we fucking get with all this shitty new "development" is fucking chain restaurants. . . The handful of non/chain shit usually start out good and then goes to pot in like 6 months. So utterly fucking disappointing.

The only thing chains offered in the past was consistency. That hasn’t been the case for at least ten years. profit trumps customer experiences.

 

Popeyes used to do that in the old days… had a proof rack and another that the biscuits would go in for buttering the tops, ready to serve.
