    I've been making these kits for Tundra's for awhile now. I've had many people ask me to do Tacoma TRD Pro grill kits for years, and finally got around to buying a grill and doing it.:boink:

    The LED letters mount between the black and original silver letters. And are powered with a 6-to-1 harness to pigtails that goes to any 12 volt source.

    I don't own a Tacoma, so I have no use for this example grill anymore:rofl:. I only bought it as a reference to properly design the kit from. I can do amber, blue, red, and even WiFi controlled RGB.

    ‼️But word of caution‼️ If you have an aftermarket grill, sadly this kit likely won't work. More information in the product description: https://jtslighting.etsy.com/listing/4305636852

    Depending on if you get the single color or RGB version, it can vary from $130-160.

    I don't have PDF instructions like I have for the Tundra tailgate kits. But;

    It's just a matter of removing the letters. They're held on with VHB tape, so you may need a heat gun/blow dryer to help by slightly heat up the grey letters and pull them off. (I found actually using a plastic putty knife to work well with no heat. (But this was a a brand new never used/sun-baked grill.

    Then attach the factory grey letters on top of my LED letters with is pretty much a friction fit with the alignment pins and holes. You can use some of the residual VHB tape to help but the pins do well enough on their own.

    Then you'll need to drill holes behind each letter in the black part of the grill for the wires to pass through.

    Everything is setup on the 6-to-1 harness, so there's no soldering or anything just plugging in the letters to the harness, which I use quick connect plugs for. For this harness it has an open ended pigtail with red and black wires. This is where things will differ from person to person.

    You can tap into any 12 volt source you want. Fog lights, DRL, TRD Pro Light bar, etc. However, I don't have specific instructions on how or which color wires to tap into as I don't have a Tacoma test on. I supply the 2 wire taps needed

    - So a possible heat gun/hair dryer to remove the grey factory letters

    - Putty knife

    - A 7/16" or 1/2" drill bit and drill
