    should storm here real soon
said something about hail so i put the car outside and the truck inside [the value difference of the two kinda made it clear i should do that]
last time it hailed my truck didn't get hurt but i kinda freaked out for a minute

you are more likely to get struck by lightning or die in a car crash

    Yes

But first - when we moved to Oklahoma from Durham, NC
Like 3 months after we moved, Durham got hit with a string of tornados [very uncommon, meanwhile in tornado alley, nada]

We had a tornado siren in the back of our property, it would go off often and of course we would go outside and watch wtf ever was going on
We'd usually go out back so we could see the squall line approaching
The only time we 'sheltered in place' was when my dad was at work and my mom freaked the fuck out - spoiler, nothing fuckin happened
One time tho - we went out and the sky turned vomit green - and you could see the funnel cloud
We stayed outside tho and it hit about 2 miles away - tore up mostly pasture and some of a barn

Seen several neighborhoods just flattened/ripped up during my time out there
We had a NWS weather radio that would sound a piercing alarm when there was a tornado warning issued
The OKC news/weather stations were the FIRST in the US to get doppler radar b/c of the risk out there

Their wives hate me anyways cause of the tits, so I ain't even tryin any more ;)

    ❤️

    :confused::confused::confused:

    what are they doing?

    re/mounting and balancing?
    that should NOT be 450$
it should be one hour of shop labour so 60-100$ depending on where you're at

or just seriously swapping the rims/tires?
and at that point don't you have a fucking jack and an impact wrench?

I love Discount Tire - they always treat me well
    but
450$ is insane for that job..
I would go to a local shop at that point

It should be 1hr of labour period - not more than 4x that . . .
    That makes zero sense

    again hell no . . .

that is a job that doesn't even take a mechanic...
usually there is a lacky/trainee that does that work
it should take less than an hour and be under 100$
