Even here yesterday, super windy and wet. Odd for mid May. Cool.

I actually feel OK, but couldn't sleep. Ibuprofen keeps me awake big time. Got up and ATE. A lot.

Hurts a little, 10 pound lift restriction and no awkward stretching.

My son in law has a hilarious stretching routine when we going hiking - meant to be humorous - or so I thought. He calls it "Inappropriate Stretching" not really meant to be viewed by strangers....I asked him once what started all that. He had a summer painting job and one of the painting crew, a guy over 70 would go through all those moves. Well I guess they didn't hurt him!

Last years post I know but even without changing parts you can increase the speed to 28 and actually be able to use 6th and 7th. Turn it on, press down arrow & lights together for several seconds(maybe 10) to get to program mode then press up/down&lights all together for several seconds to get into the top speed setting and use the up arrow to adjust. Stock it’s 32kph(20moh) but it goes up to 40kph before it cycles back to 8kph and starts over. Hit power to save. My current client lives up a steep hill it won’t climb well even in 1st with a 34t sprocket so rather than spend bucks in a new controller for now I’ve ordered a 36t chainring which essentially drops every gear one ratio so I lose 7th but gain an even lower granny gear. Like you I’ll eventually upgrade controllers and add more power but this only costs -$8. Before the speed mod I wasn’t even using 6th anyway so now I’ve gained at both ends.

Well the kids wanted to go camping in June, and we got rid of the camper we built. I've built two, so this will be number three. I've had the frame ready for a month and got the floor on a couple of weeks ago when we had a dry spell. But I need at least five days to put up the walls and the roof, and we've had the threat of rain it seems like every three days. So now we have a dry spell for the next few days. Got a good start this morning and the wife started getting woozy as the day got hot. But we got the front wall and two side panels up so that may be it for today.
Gotta say that this old age crap is getting to the old body. Kinda tweaked my knee yesterday so the trailer has me babying it. And now that we are taking a break, every time I sit down it's a pain to get up. Why is it that sitting feels so good but getting up triggers every ache and pain you've ever had? At least the kinks work out as I move around. A couple more years and they'll probably be permanent...

Yeah, don’t sit too long or you’ll end up shaped like your chair.
