I remember waiting multiple months to get my voltage booster from Australia for the Taco. Finally arrives and I told my wife I was gonna go install it. She sees me a couple minutes later, "I thought you were gonna go work on the truck?" told her I was done already and she said she was just surprised cause every truck project I do usually takes 5x longer than I estimate, lol. And none have ever taken 2 minutes hahaha.

Picked up a new visor for my Shoei helmet. I had the original clear one and it had some deep scratches, so I bought a chrome tinted one from Amazon. For $30, I'm pretty impressed. It even has the proper Shoei disclaimers stamped on the right side.

Found a guy on FB marketplace that has a klx300 SM and he is wanting to swap out the SM wheels for DS wheels. I told him we should do a full fork front end swap ( brakes and all) and just the rear wheel. The SM has 1” less travel and stiffer fork springs, different brake rotor. Everything should be a direct swap and easy to do. He is going to Hawaii for a couple weeks and will contact me when he gets back. Told him we could do the entire swap here at my place.

I have a scotts one on my F800GS. Helpful in sand or deep gravel where it can try and catch and throw your wheel side to side, it slows it down and can help prevent it. Day to day, meh, take it or leave it. Bike bling/farkles/looks pretty/expo AF. Its a damper for your steering that slows down your side to side steering motions when it goes at high speed, like the shock on your vehicles does. Typically they have a high speed and low speed circuit, so you don't really feel it until it kicks in.

Edit: also helpful at VERY high speeds to prevent death wobbles. His AT isn't going to go fast enough for that though :) You'll see them on sport bikes typically in a rod style mounted underneath the triple to the frame.

I am looking. I was interested in a 2016 Triumph Bonneville, but I sat on one and it felt heavy. Now im looking at Honda CB1100s
    Thanks!

Whats crazy is in 2019 I refinanced for 20 years, and come now, its only been 6 and im done. I was throwing almost everything extra at the house, but still had enough to have a little fun with. Plan is to stay here for another 2.5-3 years, save, and then move in 2028. I need a bigger garage haha.

Of course Im looking now for fun. Came across this, but then realized the sq footage is less than now, so it probably wont work. The garage is nice..

Cute place. Definitely need to up the height of the headers and get taller bay doors! could prolly go 10 foot.

We actually have two places that'll be paid off at the same time. Hoping to downsize and hit the road full time. Rental income plus my wife working Part/Full time should be enough to keep us happy (she actually likes her job, lol, and it's 100% remote). Definitely threw a whole lot of money at the homes that most people woulda just spent on whatever (or kids), but it should work out in the long run! And we haven't missed out on much!

everyone seems to put such tiny garage doors on houses. so many of them around here are barely big enough for my tundra to fit in.
