Decided to give my truck a scan with my obd scanner today. Haven't been experiencing any problems, just wanted to take a look. Pretty surprised to see so many codes pop up. No check engine light though so... What's the deal?

That's not active codes, that's codes that the monitors have not ran for the current drive cycle.
There will always be codes in that list because not every code monitor runs all the time or even every drive cycle.

Your issue is obviously with what ever the scanner is.

Thanks for the reply. Normally I assume no light = everything is ok. I'm currently used car shopping for my girlfriend and with that my curiosity spiked up recently
