I think the chalk looks great. Maybe I can hire him to do my ARB….

What engine/trans/tire size are you running with the new gears?

Yup, she's snug in there. I plan on a secondary portion to surround the shift levers and tie it all together.

So Ive been having some weird handling. I was in the process of changing my pads and rotors, I think I might have found my problem.

I picked up a starlink mini for my travels. It worked great using the 110 power plug.
I purchased some 12 volt power cables, but they wouldn't power it up.
So I installed a small step-up transformer and external power plug, it works great.
Not the greatest install, but I didn't have a switch in my spare parts bin.

Whiteline LCA bushings and nitro charger bushings are in. I made hash marks for the cam adjusters to get as close as I can to what it was before. Is an alignment absolutely mandatory to do right away? Or could I manage to drive it for 60-80miles before an alignment? I just have some important errands that would be nice to have my truck for.

I think you'll be good. Give it your best eyeball adjustments and maybe bust out the tape measure and you'll be okay

As long as you're close and everything's tight, it'll drive. A friend drove a few thousand miles on his eyeballed home alignment before getting it corrected. His tires wore poorly and his ride/handling were less than ideal, but it didn't fall off the road.
