It was after you did that I realized it's time.
    Fit it in just right.
Rained the last couple days but I was able to mow the back yard and fertilize all, during a break in it last night, just before it rained again this morning.

I don't know what it is, but the dandelions are terrible this year. Time for serious remediation!

I used to have that problem. My pressman made a suggestion so no i pay a guy, he's very reasonable and my lawn looks better than it has in the 30 years I've lived here.

With living in the country getting rid of them is impossible. I spray just to control them alone with Creeping Charlie. I don't spray the dog areas. Neighbors tell me my lawn looks nice from the road. Up close, not so good. I have to big of a yard to make it look good up close.

That’s why I’m not doing anything about my dandelions….it’s because of my love of nature and bees…yeah, thats it.

Our City encourages a 'No mow May' because of bees.

    Right.
By the end of May I'd need a hay bailer and some twine.

You guys are all such a great enabling support group. Here I was thinking No Mow November was the only way to leverage my laziness to virtue-signal my love for the earth, animals, and all its peoples.

You guys keep going with this and I’ll throw my mower in a bonfire!

Huge shoutout to Alro Metals Outlet. Great place to get a nice supply of steel and aluminum material, even some plastics. You can walk in and window shop all day long and get lost in your mind with the possibilities. They have tons of very usable remnant/cutoffs from a from a couple of feet long to 12 foot and up. All shapes and sizes of tube, flat, and angle (but what they have on hand for walk-ins may vary day to day).

And they have real aluminum, not the cheese-grade crap they sell at the hardware store.

They also told me you can order what you need and they’ll bring it in and cut it to size. They will even shear sheet steel or aluminum to size for the little people of the world.

    Worth the trip to Raytown!!!

Awesome and good timing. I'm thinking of some custom brackets but don't have the material, this might be the ticket.

Nice relaxing day today. Not all will recognize...

Bad news...the pipeline isn't likely to open again. What I'm gathering, the pipeline operators, who have right-of-way, aren't happy the pipeline got exposed and aren't going to spend one dime fixing the damage. They told the Forest Service that it's too dangerous allowing anything but snowmobiles in the area anymore and that's what the Forest Service is going with. I guess that they have no budget to fix it either (or to police the SxS's that are going down the closed trail). I told the nice lady in the office that back in the early '80s, the sign that were put up said the fine was $5k to be caught on the trail, and that pretty much kept people out. (SxS people are a special type though)

She said she'd make a couple of calls and get back to me, but she isn't hopeful that it will open again.

If you have an outlet location near you, do it! Their regular locations are more for bigger orders, but the outlets are grab and go.
