Since midnight we're at 1.5-2" of rain. And we have more coming.

My sprinkler controller says my grass has 110% soil moisture. Which I didn't know was possible. Seems to me that saturated is saturated and just becomes runoff.

My experience is no one cares enough to mark phone/Internet cables. Mostly because the cables can't kill anyone, unlike gas or electric lines.

Hit it, and they'll bury another while they charge for the expense...

 

You have a 2nd gen but have you considered the 3rd brake light? That was totally a 3rd gen problem, but anything is possible

I did, couldn't find anything. I'll go talk to the neighbor below us and ask him who his phone service is with

The guy who called me yesterday who was going to do the power line said S & N Communications would do the phone line, we'll see if they do or don't.

 

Doing business with big companies or with goberment is equally frusty.
