    Creative. Lmk if you want to actually try it. I could just print it as 1pc with a dissolvable support. It would take a little more work to get it 100% air tight but it's doable.

    Sweeet. You have an industrial printer or something? The center flange has a 2mm double sided cut for a square edge o-ring

    Personally no but I have worked in the industry for quite a while and have access to world class machines. Not really worried about the flange. It could be omitted entirely, we have stuff big enough to print that in 1pc. The main problem is that FDM parts are inherently porous. There are some tricks with manipulating the print toolpath to make them a bit more solid. There are also some post process techniques that work well. I have printed a few intakes over the years.
