NOAA says this year’s Atlantic hurricane season (June 1 and runs through Nov. 30) is likely to be more active than usual. Forecasters predict up to 19 named storms — 6 to 10 of them hurricanes, with 3 to 5 being major.

Typically, that’s August and September as most active months (hot water, cold air).

 

It’s probably been downhill since post 1.
