[Pics below] I broke the right one of these plastic covers by being stupid, it's located behind the front wheels on each side. It looks like it's protecting some sort of adjustment screw from dirt and water. I included a picture of that thing too. It's ~7"x4.5" with a 2" hole in the center of the mounded center.

I thought I'd just bring the left one into the dealership parts guy to see if he can order the right one for me, but I know where are many VERY smart guys on this forum (I've been reading the posts, but haven't signed-up until I had this problem just now) so I thought I'd start here. Besides, the nearest dealership is 60 miles away and not exactly convenient.

Looks like a cap/cover for the cab mount. I’d just glue it in place. If you do lose it after that then replace it

The pictures show the left one, which is in perfect shape. The right one (not pictured) is broken into many pieces, some of which were never recovered, so I need to order the new one on the right. Let me see if I can find the part now, with 'cab mount' in the search. I'll report back...

Yeah, I busted the one on the driver's side the first time I put a jack on the fram. Thought it was metal, found out the hard way. I had to find it on my own, even had to print it out and take it to the parts desk at my dealership for them to find it. There's no part number on the damn thing to boot.
    Try these guys https://parts.conicellitoyotaofcons...a-2024-toyota-tacoma-mount-cushion-51729ak010

I'm pretty sure it's part 23 on the diagram on that page. Cost me about $50 with shipping.

GrrrMaker, I've never said this to a man before, but after spending all afternoon online, calling the dealership, and other fruitless attempts to find that part... I think I love you.

Oops, sorry, I found a close up pic of that part. I know we're close, but that's not it. Sorry, I no longer love you.

This is just a dust cover to reduce mud buildup in the cab mount when going off-road. 2nd gen and 3rd gens didn't have it (which makes cleanup more time consuming after a wheeling trip). However, if you stay on pavement with your Limited, the cover actually isn't necessary.

I didn't either at first, but if you scroll down below the pic to the part description you'll see:

    Other Names:
Body Mount Cushion, Cover No.2 Cab Mount

Warning: the pic on the diagrams doesn't really look like the part. Me and the parts guy at my local dealership both agreed on that big time. You can see that on the image below, which was the one I used to find it.

Yours should be part number 51297A in the lower left corner of the diagram. My replacement was 5172A, shown in the lower middle part of the diagram. I found this at https://autoparts.toyota.com/products/product/cover-no-2-cab-mounting-rh-51729ak010#popup-1

I suffer from ADHD. There are many common symptoms in adults who've been diagnosed. Not replacing that part would absolutely drive me insane. It would be all I'd think about.

Yeah, yeah, you guys are hilarious;). OCD, ADHD, Autism, it's all covered under the funhouse tent of neurodivergentcy... plenty of symptoms to pass around - enough for everybody. Whee!

Thanks for your help and entertainment, guys.

If mine breaks I'm not paying $40+ bucks for a .30 cent piece of plastic, some of these OEM Toyota prices are really starting to piss me off.
