    Did I say I don't do it ? Why are you making it personal ? My point is that what humans are doing to the planet/other species is unsustainable and will eventually kill everybody including humans, unless they change their ways. FYI, I grow vegetables (tomatoes, cuces, etc), get apples, oranges, plums from my trees, and what not. Going to start beekeeping (bee population is down 20x during last 2 decades). But 99.999% of food comes from commercial enterprises so my share is just a drop in the ocean.

    I eat meat, why? Because I have the teeth for it! Because I am a descendant of hunter gatherers! I eat meat because I am smarter than animals. I can build a trap to catch a squirrel then grill his fuzzy ass up. Because my ancestors developed a spear to take down the mammoth and eat him!

    Animals... They will eat you if they had a chance. Sharks, they bite and the tiger will eat you, the bull will eat you. If you swim in their territory they will eat you. Don't spout statistics about lightning and the likelihood. Water is not our environment and statistically I won't get attacked by a shark. Why? Because my ass doesn't fuck with them in their environment! Oh look a monutain lion is about to pounce your ass, not mine though because I don't go trail running in their natural habitat!

    People eat meat! We eat fish, pigs, cows, buffalos, deer, moose, mountain lions, dogs, cats, squirells, gophers, alligators and in some cultures people!

    Get over it!

    I'm posting this because a vegitarian pissed me off today by saying literaly his shit didn't stink! He actually said that our "green toilets and waterless urinals" stank because "we weren't vegitarians and if we were all vegitarians the head would not stink"

    Because of the tear jerking nonsense regarding animal cruelty and the inevaitable debates with the ones wanting that missing X chromosome will post up. A forum geared towards active people is not the best place to have an emotional trainwreck so we choose to do what his parents should have done and beat (verbally that is) him to get his balls to drop.
