    Just soaked in the hot tub . I’m in rough shape again . Lower back ,kidney area and left groin killing me . Feel a little better once I get moving . Had a cat scan in 2023 to check major arteries in torso and they found cysts on my kidneys and a small hernia . Already a known fact that I have a bad back . Requested another cat scan yesterday at the Drs office. :fingerscrossed: This getting old is a bitch but I guess it beats the alternative.

    I had never had a need for a serious mower until we moved to Kentucky 3 years ago. We have 9 acres, of which probably 6-7 need to be mowed. I started doing research, and found that there are indeed about 36,972 different manufacturers these days. Locally, we have a Cub Cadet dealer, a John Deere dealer, and then some places like Lowes and Tractor Supply that sell multiple brands, but are not a true dedicated dealer. I ended up with a Deere Z330M zero turn with 54" deck. I initially wanted a Z715, as the 300 series is "recommended for a max yard size of 2-4 acres", but I got declined by Deere Financing when I applied for a loan for a Z715. I had enough cash left over from the sale of our house back in CA that I was able to pay cash for the Z330M, plus maximum extended warranty. As of yesterday, it has 77 hours total, after a full mowing season in 2023 and 2024. I love it, I am not gentle with it, our yard is slightly sloped, and has tons of dips/rocky patches/humps... and other than getting it stuck in the mud a couple times the first year, it's still flawless. I love it. This was the day I brought it home. Tis a wee bit dirtier now.

    I've had to use my Tacoma to pull my zero turn out of the mud twice.Hook u the snatch strap to the front "axle" of the ZT, put Taco in 4WL, first gear, and let out the clutch. I should have had my wife take pictures :rofl:

    No mud flaps, plasti dipped emblems, and rear bumper, Weather tech digital fit, Bed mat from tractor supply. Pioneer 4400BH head unit. B.A.M.F bed rail tie downs. AVS vent visors.
    Gas or diesel? Parents got a diesel in like 2009. I has about 805 hours on it. Dad really didn’t do much if any maintenance for over 300 hours. Like not even oil changes.

    edit since I took it over. I do oil and filters every year.

    Hey @Delta09

    I was made an offer I couldn't refuse.
    A set of Toyota alloy wheels... takeoffs, new for $650.
    17" of course, so bye bye 16" steelies.
    I'm having them mount some Coopers... new ones :p

    Also having the front dust shields and headlight assemblies replaced.

    Pics to follow in a week or so.

    Baby is getting new shoes, she's gonna look like new :cool:

    @Gen1TacoLady

    It was the guy at your friends' that found them for me, Blubaugh's Tire.
    They're doing the work for me :thumbsup:
