Red Letters on Sidewall Anyone?

I looked at these but there is blue in it. They are not all completely red. I think the sharpie it is. I got a sharpie that seems to be the right for this application. It would probably fade quickly...but who cares, I will try anyway. Then flip back to black.

 

This rubber cleaner and brush combo works very well. I'd probably do that before trying the sharpie.

I am doing it...today...here is one so far.

I guess my obsession with red started with the SPC's and I didn't want to pay the higher price on the JBL and took matters in my on hands and went to town on the Black SPC's.

 

Full unit....what y'all think? Too much?....black side better. This will fade eventually.

Thanks Guys! I am glad you all think it looks good. I just couldn't stomach the price on the general grabbers with the red letters and then on top of that they are MT tires. The K02s have at least 10K left in them so will see how this goes.

 

I dig it. I wish Toyota would bring back radiant red.

edit: I suppose one could wrap their Toyota in 3m gloss hot rod red though.

I Just did my tires with white ink. Did 3 Coats. I actually LOVE the Red ink. I didnt even think about that. Looks sick man
