AWE Exhaust, KARTBOY exhaust hangers, custom 1/0 exhaust grounding, lots of Titanium hardware from my old builds, silly JDM bits from my old Subaru builds, Uniden Bearcat Off Road CB, Firestik 2 w/custom CF mount, custom KARTBOY plate frame with Rigid Ind Spot on ball head mount, Yakima Mega Warrior w/custom CF cross brace. ARP extended studs (not installed yet), Optima Red Top, Siless Insulation in cab. Diode Dynamics LEDs throughout... More titanium fasteners. K&N intake snorkus delete. Greddy hose clamps throughout. DBA 4000XS Brake Rotors. TRD PRO fogs. Dakine Tail Gate Pad. More to come of course.

No more hunting for gears on the highway. Hell yes!

I don't miss my truck when it was stock at all. I always like to do some simple touches to improve the vehicle without sacrificing too much daily drivability.

That being said, I still kept my truck relatively simple. I'm not carrying fancy "overlanding" accessories around town the whole time and I only have the essential armor (sliders, skid plates). I did upgrade my tires, but they are only 1" bigger in diameter over stock. The rest of the mods I have are really just simple quality of life mods (window tint, bed lights, trailer brake controller, etc.) or minor cosmetic stuff.

Scrubbed some tires, and knocked a dent out.

Not even. Most truck drivers don't even use them any more.

That's about what I want. Got the billstein lift, gonna get tires next and the sliders/armor.
Not necessarily in that order depending on if/when I see a good deal, but I can't really imagine anything else will feel worth it for how I use my truck.

    That's cool, man!

    I'm digging' your subtle mods.

I put Bushwacker fenders (fendys) on mine so my intent is to get some wheels/tires that will add a little pokey to match flares. lol

Of course, I'm taking my time getting things done...no RUSH for immediate gratification. (It's taken 4 yrs to get where I'm at)

I prefer side steps that my wife and I can get a good shoe grip to step on to get into my truck.

My future adds include a Diamondback Tonneau cover once wheels/tires are done...I got Total Chaos Bed Stiffeners on already. Buahahaha!

The Diamondback covers are great. High quality, very secure. Now that the Diamondback Switchback is out, I'm toying with the idea of selling my HD for the Switchback.

I'm 3 years into my truck, anything else I want to add will have to wait until I pay it off (one more year!). It also gives me some time for my indecisive self to make a decision. I want to make sure I do things the right way the first time 'round.

    I've got 13 payments remaining!

I wanna be able to add Yakima Rack system but it won't work with the Switchback. (I prefer the SE because it's less expensive)

Got the TRD 2" Lift and will stick with that height forever!!! Buahahahaha!

Take your time in your decision-making...who's pressing us to get it done right away? (Certainly not my wife!) lol

Looks nice - I would've gone with white if I hadn't found the deal I did for mine. I've always thought white Tacoma's look the nicest.

Really? What do most truck drivers use nowadays? The internet? Malarky.

Start with Light/Mild...unless you like instant launching! lol

My choice and current set-up, Mild Drive/Spicy ECT.

This is my biggest peeve with my "Body Armour" rear bumper. Can't blame Toyota for that.

Lunar Rock was my first choice, but with the color I decided to go with my wheels, I'm glad I went with white

I rushed into mods in my previous cars, just to end up regretting on some mods and spending more money to replace certain parts with something that I end up liking more

The stock Sport shocks had to go. IDC if you swap in Bilsteins, Fox's, etc, but the stock Toshiba Sport shocks were too stiff (as it was intended for that model). I went with the Fox TRD Pro set up.

I replaced my Sport's Hitachis because they were too spongy...and bounced/skipped over bumps on a turn.

The Bilstein 5100s in there now are firmer and respond much better on curves.

I’m 5’8 and swear by the DDI seat jackers. Super easy to install and uninstall if you don’t like them. It’s worth a try at $100 imo. And yes, I have a power seat and they still improve comfort.

I'm with you regarding Body Armor 4X4 - I got the BA4x4 rock sliders because they had the shortest lead time, and I needed them asap for offroading trips. However, the welds were overall not great... at all... which has already lead to some rust. Going to replace in the coming year or so.

Why sumo springs? What do you like about them?
