    How important is it for this part of the abs sensor to go into the hole?

    Splice the wires and connect them to your other wheel sensor, problem solved /s

    try self tapping screw driver method to pull whatever is there, may work. But it needs to be pretty close to the magnet inside of the wheel bearing to pick the signal. Worst case wheel bearing has to come out, couple beers job.

    The error and light went away as soon as I connected the sensor lol. I zip tied it for now. Tried screwing it ;) already

    ^The error and light went away because you no longer have an open circuit. However, you will probably get random ABS or VSC activations because the RH front wheel speed isn't read properly.
