@Gritto I think the rains are pretty much done with. Mowed grass and it's already getting crispy. Extended forecast shows some rain Wednesday, but looks like we're following into the same pattern as last year

 

Take my mom to lunch and she wants to start talking about like what to do when my dad passes and stuff. Like not in public… she wants to give me ownership of the house and pay the mortgage and then go live in a nursing home?

I told her to talk to a professional about what to do. My gut feeling says that’s the wrong move.
