Wanna see the rest of the garage disaster area?

My wife has one requirement for the garage. The vehicles must be able to park in it. To that end, this part of the garage stays relatively clean.

I did sweep and leaf blower the floor before I started the oil changes so I would be laying in less dirt and the creeper would be rolling through less gravel, though.

The amount of glasses and cups we have in the house is staggering. I'd been contemplating purging for a while but never found the motivation. Until yesterday. Both my wife and I were in a throwing kind of mood.

Two big boxes of stuff to get donated and 6 alarmingly heavy bags of garbage later, some things are in their place and we have space left over.

That was three hours I didn't have planned for yesterday but it looks immensely better and more organized than before.

And we have an entirely empty drawer somehow.

I need to seriously do a huge purge around here...

This winters project is re-doing all the cabinets and actually painting inside them so everything will need cleared out. There's no need for all the junk around here it's driving me nuts!

I used to not be like that, but the older I get the clutter really aggravates me! :annoyed:

@RustyGreen just proof that everything isn't as tidy around here as you think. I'm not ashamed to show it

    Clutter... :annoyed:

There are 2 of us here.
    We almost never have company.

Why does our inventory of kitchen glassware continue to grow in a stealthy manner like a wild grape vine?

We had mis-matched cups and lids. Notice the past tense there?

If I couldn't make a whole assembly, it serves no purpose to me so it got tossed or donated.
