What would the best lead springs be if I wanna lift the rear 1.5 inches I can’t seem to find one other than add a leaf but from I’ve seen it’s better to just buy the whole leaf the rest of my suspension is all fox 2.5 front and rear and DK Iva been looking for the leaf spring and can’t seem to find one any recommendations?? For a 2022 TRD OFF ROAD TACOMA

Icon RXT at setting 1 is likely the closest match to what you want. Everything else will be 2"+ on a DCSB. If you end up with too much lift you can always just toss some weight in the box.

That’s what I’ve been told only downside I’ve been told about that is that I’ll have limited downtravel

They shouldn't... They flex more than the factory leafs. Downtravel is usually limited by the shocks and then factory brake lines anyway. So unless you put longer shocks with a bumpstop spacer on, you shouldn't have an issue.

So I should be fine just the way it is or buy longer shocks because I was talking to someone else here at TW and they said that I should buy a longer shock that is intended for the resting high of the leaf pack

I was just going over how all this works with another user recently. Probably worth having a read through. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/rear-shock-question.857877/#post-30610888

Basically you likely don't need the extra downtravel. It's the uptravel that is more important on these trucks. But if you put a longer shock on, it will be taller at compression and require taller bump stops to prevent damage on bottom out. That robs you of uptravel unless you get leafs with much more lift in them, which requires longer shocks. But then that opens a can of worms and requires you to get shock relocates and extended brake lines and stuff...

At 1.5 lift or under you want shocks that are close in collapsed length to the factory shocks, which is sounds like you got. So I'd stay with that unless you are doing some crazy offroading often that requires maximum articulation.
