I think I need one. When my thermostat got stuck open, my oil wouldn’t get much warmer than 100*. Now it actually gets up to temp, but without it would probably be a struggle

Mirror mount is done. I’ll let you figure out where to drill the holes to mount it. DM me you address and I’ll send it off this week sometime.

I’ve got a set of 5 17x8.5-10 KMC IMS 552’s. Mounted tires, drove 10 miles, took tires off. Looking to get 1800 for the set

Good to see the ponderosa and pinion trees of my hometown and your badass trucks. Thanks for posting. Action shots next! lol

Other than the oil cooler leak, how'd it do in the cinders?

Did phenomenally. Truck ran awesome. Actually, the oil filter block didn’t start leaking until after we were done playing around. Idling on the main road to get out and it started pissing. I’m gonna check to torque on the thermostat cover fasteners and see if maybe they worked themselves loose. But it didn’t look like it.

I'm so stoked you came back to this build. Good work!

Yeah we were short on time chasing the last bit of daylight/ambient light that there was. My new rears had zero tuning but we hit one quick spot and I did a small adjustment on his and a few adjustments on mine. More room for improvement but I think a noticeable difference on both trucks.

I figured out the oil leak. It’s coming from a -10 ORB fitting out of the filter block. New ones show up tomorrow, and will get it swapped out. As soon as I do, the truck is gonna go over to network alignment and get dialed in finally.

Also have some guys coming by to install a weight distribution hitch on the car hauler, to hopefully help with some stability when being towed by smaller vehicles. Sways a little bit behind my buddies GX. I also got some new D rings put on in more convenient spots, and some new speed straps per the recommendation of @snowsk8air2

Dropped the tundra off to get a BMC and ride height adjustment in the front along with an alignment

Lmao my tires were at 40psi. Should’ve been at like 18-20 but I was too lazy to air down, and also don’t have the equipment to do so efficiently or to air back up. I don’t even remember what speed I was hitting those whoops at, 45-50 maybe? I wasn’t looking at the speedo being honest, but it was quick.

Thanks man. So far so good. Got some of the cosmetic Trd pro stuff on the way for it, and gonna do a switch pros and a couple Baja designs lights on it and call it good. Gonna do the same thing on the wife’s raptor when I get a chance. Trucks are expensive and inflation is a bitch. Gotta buy gears for the taco first
