Dang, did the oil pressure switch by the oil filter blow out?

Is there an example of this happening? I mean, that's a lot of oil!

What happens when you run the truck and look? Can you see it dripping?

It was covered in oil so it's very difficult to determine where it's coming from. I've removed the fan and cowling, sprayed off the oil, and will try turning it over without the coils connected. Hopefully this should give me an indication of where's it's coming from.

Judging by this screen shot, it looks like your serpentine belt lost a rib, or has moved a groove closer to the timing cover. If it lost a rib, then that would be the main culprit for a spontaneously worn out front main seal.

Yeah that was gonna be my next replacement. Are you thinking this wore out the crankshaft gasket?

My serpentine belt tore and completely wiped out my crankshaft seal. Oil everywhere and left me stranded

Other than the belt tearing, oil is everywhere.

I would make sure the truck still has oil. Clean as much as you can, then run the truck and inspect while running

I did this. The video posted is right after I shut it down. The fan, cowling has been removed so I don't want it run it long.

Looks like theres still oil everywhere in that vid. Is it water?

Id degrease the whole area well, wash it off, let it dry, then crank it over. Cant imagine it will take long to spot a leak like that

Yeah, I did this. I sprayed it down and let it dry overnight. After cranking it this morning, I found oil dripping from behind the crankshaft.

Something else of note; when attempting to film the oil leak with the engine running, there looks to be no apparent direct source only an oil mist. After shutting down the engine, I filmed dripping oil from behind the crankshaft. Also, there is a registered piston 1 misfire error and the engine acts sluggish, never allows it to rev above 4k RPM.

Spraying down with water is not the same as a good foaming degreaser

Though if you have a pinhole in a line somewhere (a fine mist of oil) maybe that could explain how the entire area is covered in oil again. Not sure if any system has enough pressure to mist oil like that though

If the front crank seal is leaking (which it sounds like it is) the crank pulley and subsequently the belt & fan will pick up the oil and sling it everywhere creating the mess you have.

If the belt is missing a rib what most likely happened is the belt jumped a groove due to pulley misalignment (or wasn't installed properly to begin with) and it wore & became frayed then the frayed rib got wrapped around behind the crank pulley and destroyed the front crank seal.

But the fan isn't installed right now. Other than contact with the belt & pulley, nothing should be moving the oil around. That's why Im confused why the entire area is still soaking in oil even after "degreasing"
