Suggestion on a pizza brush to use between cooks when still hot?

also was wondering if anyone uses a non stick perforated pizza pan to build there pizza on then put that in the oven. Vs just launching on to the stone. Assume you loose that connection with a crust bottom?

    Pizza brush?
    I don't understand the question

I use a pizza peel, build on that with some cornmeal between pizza/peel and then slide it off onto the stone in my grill

I dust/blow the stone off with the grill brush between pizzas. It works, I'm lazy..

rotated tires changed oil threw out the old air freshener.
We use parchment to aid "sliding", seems that the crust cooks the same as on a bare stone.

Also, Tonight's pizza, was "white" with wine cap mushrooms, asparagus, garlic, and onion. (cheese of course) But to set it off, fresh MINT was included in the toppings. Delightful!

    All from our own gardens!

Not to pat myself of the back and toot my own horn, but this was one of my best ever.

    Sourdough discard for the dough.

Homemadeish tomato sauce from various canned diced and crushed tomatoes, salt and pecker, and some other italianish seasons. Fresh parsley, and some dried oregano/basil mix that was leftover from my last batch of smoked meatballs.

For toppings above and beyond a healthy cup of parm and mazerlla, it was the ground beef, fresh onions and red and green bells diced.

    Delicious!

    20250630_205620.jpg

I got a nice brown on the bottom, dough was a little under cooked througout because of how thick it was, but the meats and veggies were on point!

    20250630_212328.jpg

Can't wait for leftover pizza sammiches!
