$1050/month, 3 br 2.5ba house with a 2 car garage. 1 mile from a Walmart.......3.5 hours to nearest beach......

 

Huge NO!! Looks dumb to me plus all the weight just kills power of these little bikes.

 

Guess we all need to come stay with you before you move away from the beach

Lol i often dream of picking up and moving to somewhere very rural and cheap

Lol lots of budgeting and working hard with lots of riding to maintain my sanity

This is the part where I tell you I've only been to the beach about 3 times in the last 2 years lol. The area I am in is very walkable though, you could never leave if you didn't want to and wouldn't even need to own a car.

I've got a storage unit thats like 20x45' that I thought would be more than enough extra space - turns out it's pretty much full now.

i figured a 2 car garage would be enough and mine is pretty full... got room for a car on the far side but atm its got junk all over lol

 

$1,070 a month mortgage. 3 bedroom brick ranch, 1.5 bath, 2 car garage. Full basement. I'm happy right where I am. It's the only debt I have. Pay off is 9 years.
Ready for retirement.

My mortgage is $1800 but I also have 500,000 in equity. Zero vehicle debt and zero credit card debt. Just the standard bills.

 

Damn, yall livin right. I got 32 years to retirement and god forbid I try to buy a house in SnoCo, WA anytime soon. 4500-5000/mo is my best guess all in.

Still have 15ish years to pay off my Utah house, but do have a fair bit of equity rn.

 

I bet that's horrible on the bike........but damn it's cool

 

House prices around here are stupid high. I bought back in 2005.
