Thanks for the response. I am too thinking I got fake injectors. Picked up a friends fancy scan tool (not my basic one) to try to see some of the fuel trim numbers. Unfortunately it had aftermarket injectors in them so I thought I was doing the truck a favor. No codes.. Just a mystery and some frustration. Thanks for the response. I'll look into the injectors.

Around $26,000 worth of unleaded in the fuel tank.
There is a high chance that you received fake denso injectors for that price and from a random seller.

Thank you for your response. This is unfortunate news. How much should I pay for denso injectors?

It may be best to just get some remanufactured ones if you don't want to spend a lot.

The fake spark plugs are especially dangerous since the electrode can break off and ruin the cylinder. The fake oil filters can come apart and clog up the oil pickup.

You could try hitting up timbos_customs or builtbybruno on IG if you need assistance. Both good dudes in Florida. As far as over the web troubleshooting... @Dm93 and @TnShooter may possible chime in to help. They always have solid info. Anyway, are you able to see live data on the scanner you borrowed?

Awesome, will do if need. Trying to make tacoma cherry is proving to be difficult. Yes I could see live data. Fuel trim numbers seem to go all over the place (out of normal range) but not totally sure. My guess is the others here are right and I was dumb and bought fake injectors. Roger, will check those dudes out.

The fake parts are on Amazon too. Look for the seller name denso when you're buying denso from amazon. Rockauto has the real parts and of course the big auto parts stores.
