My V6 engine blew up. But why?

    3rz to 2Rz bebuilt block and new heads
    Most likely good ole No 1 or No 2 broke just at the right place....

    dont think you see much of this because most of the 5vz's die of other causes before these typically fail


    if so ....that was a $6000 hose

    I want to know who had to lay down the kitty litter and clean the pool of oil in the street. Because if the buyer left the stain for the op, well that's just mean.

    Agreed, a lot of details or lack of details not making a whole lot of sense.

    These engines are some of the best ever made.

    I have 280K on my 2000 and it runs like a champ, hope I don't jinx myself :)

    Leveling kit, hydro dipped rims & skid plate on 2013, 6” pro comp lift & color matched rims on 2006.

    I bet it was just a split power steering line with old fluid that looked like oil. New owner already got it posted back up on CL.
