    My buddy decided to buy a 2nd Gen. He decided to not buy a brand new CBR600 and Go Used.

    and about the leaf springs they were probably going to be done by now anyways. The 1st gen stock leaf springs suck. The truck sounds good from the description. How does the frame look?

    Yup you guys got it...
    Timing belt
    Frame check
    If it was lifted mall-crawler style, check to see if things like incorrect driveshaft + pinion angles are causing any wear or damage.
