Oh there will be some mods all right
Did the first oil change after installing the skid plate. The two access doors are greatly appreciated. Also I hadn't greased the u-joints or slip yolks since I purchased it which is my bad but at least I finally did them today lol

First time towing the boat with the 4runner. It did well. Only minor complaints would be that the trailer plug-in is not very conveniently placed (although it is placed in a good spot to keep it safe from getting damaged) and also since the 4runner is not lifted, getting the trailer tongue wheel moved out of the way is a two-person job now because it's too tall to be able to swing out of the way while sitting on the ball.

Are you saying when you wind the wheel up it still can't be rotated out of the way while on the ball? Sounds like you've got the wrong Wheels/ trailer foot

And the trailer isnt sagging when hooked up? Aka your hitch doesn't need to be flipped?

    You have a Tundra
How in the world do you not have enough clearance?

    Or more importantly...

How big is your boat?

Very minimal sag. Sits pretty much level, flipping it might be the ticket though

Only 19’. Problem is there’s a hump at the entry of my storage unit so the boat is higher than the truck when the boat is inside and truck is outside. If I have a spot that’s perfectly level for all 40’ it’s fine but that’s not usually the case.
