Looking for electric wiring repair

I havent been on here in ages. I had a pair of retrofits installed and a member spliced into my DRLs for my halos to work. Over the years I have had headlight issues. My driver side works, but my passenger wont. However when I turn on my high beams, the driver side turns off and my passenger headlight works. Can anyone recommend a local shop or individual to work on this for me. Im near the Fullerton area. Thank you.

 

Do you have new headlights? Just buy new headlights and wire them like they were before

 

My stock headlights are installed now. Even if I purchase new headlights I'll have the same issue. I'm not sure if the connections are bad, if it's because the wire was spliced into, but that's why I'm looking for a shop in the area if anyone knew any.

 

Maybe take some pictures of your plugs and the splice points. Might be able to take care of it yourself

 

I just don't trust myself with electrical. Most other stuff I wouldn't mind giving it a shot.
