    Dumb question alert!

KTM camshafts / other issues, are these exclusive to the KTM brand or are the subsidiaries Husqvarna and GasGas also affected?

I think it was the the 790/890? issues which the other brands dont have.

GG/husky have braketec brakes usually which can have their own "issue" which is lack of force but overall i havent seen any other complaints among the brands shared.

So I thought my cheap Carpuride W502 shit the bed. The company sent out a new one. I hooked it up and decided to check the original. It worked too. The fuse attached to the bike was broken(not popped). Looks like I have an extra GPS now

I used my old iphone as nav this past weekend, so far from ideal. Moto gloves suck on small screens.

I may consider the apple car play head unit if I keep this honda. Now I'm thinking sell my WR250R and get a dirt bike and keep this big honda as my street legal only.

Got some takout from a local pub tonight, and when I walked in I spotted a royal enfield scram 411 in their like silver/blue color in the parking lot. Turned out its a guy I know from years ago who owns a couple bars in town. He had just picked it up, first bike, hadn't gone for longer than an hour ride yet. I told him to let me know when he's ready to go for a ride, fingers crossed he actually takes me up on it.

I can't believe I didn't check the fuse. Maybe I need another bike for the GPS?

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Lack of force is simply a poor match of master cylinder to calipers. Or maybe it's not a lack of force, but poorly matched pads and rotors giving poor friction.

I know its adjustable by changing master cylinder sizes. Idk, theyve just been complained about not feeling the same as a brembo. Never ridden on one with braketec

Without going back to find your pics I think that mount was for a Garmin Zumo XT. IF so, that's the unit I've been using for a few years and it's a great unit. Moto specific so it's waterproof and vibration dampened internally so it holds up really well for bike use.

The XT is still available and often on sale. XT2 is a little larger I think? I know they updated some features on the XT2 but not enough to make me want to upgrade. XT is plenty bright when on the highest brightness setting that the screen doesn't wash out. I don't sync it to my Sena or phone so I rely on visibility rather than audio clues for the turn by turn. I've been really happy with the XT.

I've never had an issue yet using my phone as a GPS. So used to it in the car/truck I don't even think about it. I do wish sometimes that I had it mounted vertically like in the those rigs, but, it fits pretty perfect sideways right above my dash, on the little GPS bar thing that the CB500X has.

I have a coiled USB-C cord run from the 12v socket across the dash up to the phone, so yeah, it's easy to keep charged while riding.

And yes, it's a Pixel, lol.
