    Praying now. Having just been through this with our daughter, I am reminded just how much of a miracle it is that she had little to no physical damage. Keep us updated.

    there really isn't much for tooling in concrete. a few trowels, edgers, and a sacrificial broom(dollar store sells brooms!) is all that's really needed. i set my own a/c pad, and had all the tools for less than $100. the 2x4 forms and stakes for 40' are going to be a far larger expense. just add a few 2x4's to use as a screed. getting, and mixing the concrete was a different story, as was keeping it out of the spontaneous/unpredicted rain storms long enough to dry...

    :rofl::rofl::rofl:

    Oh, you are serious... :oops:

    Well, no. I have been rehabbing a rental since April, slow going with a lot of detours along the way.

    I did take the LTD out for a 40 mile trip around the block yesterday afternoon. In a rare case of "if you ignore it maybe the problem will go away" it seems to be running less bad at an idle, almost smooth -- kind of, some of the time...

    Usually my driving is pretty mild mannered however I put my boot in it a few times on some hills, hopefully it passed whatever was clogging up the idle circuit of the carburetor.
