This was super good news to hear! I'm very curious what they have in mind.

I know the Pipeline isn't super extreme. But, there's something about the area, and the whole environment out there that just makes it fun. I learned a ton out there! I'd love to take another shot at that rock garden!

You, my friend, are using your retirement time wisely and selflessly for the benefit of this fine group and others like us and we thank you. Well, there aren't actually any other groups as fine as this one, but those lesser groups should appreciate you too.

Please keep us posted on plans progress and opportunities to help!

Not the greatest pic but every 3rd or 4th mow, I start in the center by that tree and keep mowing in a circle.

Depending on when the image was taken....from satellite image it looks like a crop circle...

Reminds me of the stuff I saw from Satellite looking at that Lake Tomahawk area...
Someone had a huge garden in the American flag pattern.
Someone else had real big in their field.
    WILL YOU MARRY ME?

Wonder if she ever got the question? lol

I had a dream last night that I traded in the 4Runner for a white dually F350. At one point in the dream walking up to the truck I asked myself in my head "why am I like this?"

    Back to that alignment thing.....

Having the back cams pointed all the way in and front cams centered is where I needed it to be straight....

Having the front cams pointed out might be for larger tires? With the 32's I had to center it..

Now I think I'll bust out my welder for the 1st time and drop a bead on each side of the tabs.......I think my small welder is sufficient for that(?)

What do you mean by straight? Straight (to my way of thinking about straight) comes from setting the toe. Cams impact caster and camber...

Straight meaning driving straight. Not drifting. Not pulling to one side when I brake.....Not feeling any weird vroo vroo vroo from something. Slight tire grumble when slowing down. Steering wheel is on....

Maybe 'lined up' would've been a better choice of words.

Edit: Adding that my tie rods had to all be reset because the shop that did the previous alignment compensated for the stuck jam nut in another area, so everything was all jacked around.

    Well shit...

Just got a call, he says the passenger tie rod end is shot and I need to replace both front wheel bearings. Quoted me about 2k.

    Ouch!

I'll be doing some wheel bearings on a Ford Edge on Saturday.
Bring the truck on over. :D

How hard is it to do? I'm sure most of that cost is labor.

Who makes ones I should buy?

    Not sure....never done it! lol

Then again. 3 days before I tore my starter apart, I didn't even know where it was.

My friend bought the whole hub assembly.

Yeah, seems the hub assembly way would be better since I don’t have a bearing press in my garage. Might be more work though.

The whole hub assembly is far less work than pressing bearings in and out. And OEM/denso or bust
