    I was getting ready to shower after werk and my wife says
    “What the fudge is that on your back ? It’s all red. Got me a tick. She wouldn’t take it off after I said to use tweezers to take it off. I was told to go to a clinic. They were all closing soon so I went to the ER. A 30 minute visit …. Probably :spending:


    I was in the ER. For 30 minutes and done .

    Yes, I agree, and sucks to take off no matter where.
    Apparently apparently Lyme disease can be treated with doxycycline and I’m allergic to that and penicillin so I have to wait six weeks for symptoms even though I was told it wasn’t a deer tick

    from what i've read, ticks have to be on you for 24hr before they transmit shit - so usually - if you get em soon enough, you're good..
    i read this several places b/c i didn't believe it

    i fucking hate ticks and when i'm done in the yard/stuff, i strip and inspect myself all over, cause ticks :puke:
