    Sub'd. I am really hoping for success here. It sounds like the sensor is close to zero hemispheric interference other than ground. That's pretty wide.

    For our ignorant minds would you like to elaborate? I ask because I wish to figure out just how these things (BSM modules) function.

    The right and left are identical units and mounted upside down from one another depending upon what side they are on, i.e. ground and the sky swap with location. Pin out functions differ (IO) depending upon which side they are mounted on as well. Must be software controlled?

    This thread is so old I don't know if it contains the schematic and pictures of the internals of the BSM Modules. If needed I can (re)post.
