    Hi all,
I'm planning to go to yellowstone in a month with my 2022 TRD ORD DCB LB.
Purhased and installed Redarc Tow-pro Liberty but not sure it is functioning well.
*Currently, I'm waiting to do a towing test so no actual trailer I can test with.

    I've two questions:

#1. Until I do the test, I set the dial to 0, and no LED light on the button. If I press the knob once, it will flash once, then goes dark. Is this supposed to be?

#2 After the first installation, I had to change the location due to improper installation. The manual suggests to re-calibrate the device. So I followed the steps.

    1. Engine Off,
    2. Press brake,
    3. Press the knob for 10 sec.
    4. Start engine and let brake and knob off.
    5. The LED should alternate BLUE/GREEN > No LED light

No LED > Is this because I don't have a trailer connected?
How can I assure the calibration is done? All I want now is to make sure the device working properly.

    Thank you for your help!.

I briefly looked at a couple videos and it seems to a trailer must be present to calibrate. Essentially what it is doing is locking up the trailer tires and then backing off progressively, which makes sense because that is how I have always adjusted the manual BC's I have use. If you are in a jam for time, I would suggest borrowing a trailer to verify the system works before your trip.

This is all correct function. No trailer = no light. When you hook up a trailer, the light will be solid blue, and when you tow for the first time, you will have the BLUE/GREEN calibration sequence.
