NEO Motorsports Garage NO Product and NO Refund

I just wanted to share my experiences with NEO Motorsports Garage.

Back in January 10, 2021, I had put in an order for a set of Icon RXT Leaf Packs and paid. Money was withdrawn from my credit card on order submission. Never heard from them so I contacted them via Facebook Messenger for an update Feb 3rd. A week later, they finally came back with the freight cost that was too pricey for me so I requested to cancel my order. I waited and waited then ended up filing a claim with my Chase credit card. I messaged them several times and finally get a response on March 3rd and the next day, they suddenly had time to carry a conversation with me in a timely manner while trying to get me to cancel my credit card claim and get the the funds back. I tried to be nice to this company and did so trusting they would refund my money after cancelling the claim. After waiting 45 days for them to get the funds back, I verified with Chase that NEO Motorsports Garage did receive the money back at end of April. Now they have dropped off the face of the earth avoiding phone calls, emails, FB messages.

TLDR: NEO Motorsports Garage dodging me and won't my money from cancelled order!

Thanks for reading my vent. I'm just completely frustrated with this and want my money back. $700 bucks! Sheeesh, I hoped they were a trustworthy company, but nooooope.

 

I literally placed an order with these guys over the weekend and I really hope I don’t get this same run around. I’ve been checking on my UPS tracking and so far it still says it’s not shipped.

 

It would appear they're back to the same antics... or maybe that's just how they operate? I ordered some LED pods from them a few weeks ago, got my order confirmation immediately, have yet to receive any shipping confirmation, and have yet to get a response from them. Seems they're happy to take the money but then there's no motivation to actually ship the order.

Been diving into some other reviews of the business and finding a lot of similar experiences. Seems they're pretty well known on Ford Raptor forums for pulling the same garbage. And then the shop will respond to comments months later and blame the customer... No need for hot-headed business owners that can't seem to hold up their end of the bargain. Plenty of reputable dealers out there with amazing customer service. Skip this retailer next time.

 

Seems like standard practice for many vendors nowadays. Best to keep a paper trail so you can file a charge back with your credit company in case things go south.

 

Have you Ever met him in person? He's a scrawny little kid with a huge attitude. He stole from me as well. Charged me for a bunch of things he didn't do like wheel mounting and balancing. When I picked my truck up everything was in the bed. Charged me for an alignment, the wheel was cocked all the way to the 3 o'clock position. Paid him to install a grill gaurd. Showed up, and it was damaged. Of course he claimed it wasn't him. I guess it was Casper the ghost. Told the cops he was going to tow my truck hours after releasing it just to change his mind by leaving early with a note.. Then miraculously comes back about a half an hour after leaving the note.. This kid is an outright crook. Someone already took one of his eyes somehow. One day, someone gunna take more then that if he keeps robbing from people.

 

Had to create a new account since I couldn’t find login for my old one. Anyways let me copy and paste this from another forum for a truck you don’t even own, nor even a Tacoma lol also im happy to be a “scrawny little kid” who doesn’t harass people or have actual menacing charges on my record. I also have both my eyes so I’m not sure what you mean by that.

Oh wow, almost 3 months after me, the police and my attorney gave you no contact warnings and risk of harassment charges. You made an account to post this.

Let me put the truth out there again. You purchased parts, while I was out recovering from 3 surgeries you were well aware of me going through. Once we finally scheduled to work on your truck (technically I was still supposed to be out of work) I had a complication that caused pain for a day and I couldn’t do anything. I told you this via text (still have the texts) you said “no problem take your time I have another truck). Okay, so the day after I come back and continue working on your truck. I’m working slow for obvious reasons that I really couldn’t control, especially being a solo operation. You stopped in Friday afternoon, we spoke about everything, you left and everything was fine. You actually looked at the truck and never once mentioned any damage on the grille, I have cameras to prove everything. Saturday at 2-3am you start blowing my phone up and Christian (referral contact) harassing both of us. Again, I have these texts. I told you I’m not touching the truck anymore, the police also told me this as well as my attorney. They also agreed you’re always in the station complaining about something or someone, hence why they refused to file a police report, they took one from me though. This makes sense with your stalking and menacing charges on your record and you coming in to my shop to complain about an Amazon order unrelated to me?

I pulled the truck out and gave you all your parts. I was ready to tow the truck, but my lawyer advised I leave a note outside or pull the truck inside for liability but I was not comfortable having it in my building anymore. I also only returned to change out my vehicle after visiting my parents home. I’m sorry I have multiple vehicles? Cameras prove your truck wasn’t touched or damaged by me at any point, even when it was parked outside. I didn’t steal anything, BBB also agreed to this when you tried to file a complaint there. Google removed your reviews for harassment and language. You then tried to continue turning the two other businesses against me but they quickly realized the situation. You then also kept going after Christian, Gyeon and another local repair business when they turned you away before even touching your truck. 3 businesses turned you away, I don’t think I’m the problem here.

So, three months after this whole situation, you’re still trying to defame me and my business. This probably isn’t a good idea for you.

It’s also quite funny since I’m not very active on here anymore and complaints here are fairly old and/or have been resolved. Yes I’m not perfect, but I hope this shows people I did what I could in this situation while being harassed during surgeries and a weekend when my business hours are pretty clear.

 

Here’s a nice update to the for the people of TW after speaking with the local PD. Jason currently has warrants out for not too long ago harassment and criminal menacing charges with another local business and supposedly pulling a gun out on them on a public highway, vandalism and theft.

That should prove some things.

 

So it was Casper the Ghost that damaged my grill gaurd?? Its everyone else, not Roman! You can find complaint after complaint after complaint about this guy (old or not) but its EVERYONE ELSE!! Yea, I have the video footage as well to prove no one messed with the grill gaurd after you pulled it out. Just be a man and admit you put the heavy gaurd on yourself and scraped the front soft rubber piece on the ground. It happens.

Any record I have was 18 years ago and have been "resolved" as you like to say. I spoke to the police. They DID accept a police report from me. So again another lie. I never spoke to, or recieved a thing from your attorney ..another lie. (Agreeing with others that you're a bad business man is 100% legal regardless.) I have never been to the police department until I met you, there's more lies. You dont think others have filed reports on you when you just outright stole from them? You act like the police just looove them some Roman!

If all your complaints have been resolved, how come they are still up? How come you didnt respond to your Google reviews that state

Like how Christian coated my truck in your shop. I dropped it off and picked it up from there. So, SURELY, you can understand why I would contact him when I couldn't get a hold of you. (like so many other people) Then, Christian played stupid. Refused to even admit you're friends. GREAT pal you got there! Really though. Such a great guy for referring people to someone who seems to have a problem with EVERYONE.

Since we're talking to all of TW, This all would be very different if I was the only one making these claims. Wouldn't it? ...Buuuut I'm not. ....(((NOT EVEN CLOSE.))) Roman should be the one with a theft Charge. Do I have to take a pic of the receipt as well to show all the things you (DIDNT) do after having it almost a full week? ....You're the thief Roman. And if you would like to take me to court over that statement, believe me when I say I would LOVE that opportunity.

 

Update!! Roman likes updates. Does everyone on TW remember me saying that it seems EVERYONE has a problem with this kid? Well it appears he's banned from other forums like Ford Tremor. They responded to me by saying "He's definitely one to avoid" and "He's banned here on this Forum." "He lied over and over again." says another. Doesn't this all sound so familur???
Everyone's doggin the kid but I seem to be the only one he responds to. I'm the ONLY one he feels he has to call the police on because im talking trash on TW. (HILARIOUS!!)
I included the screen shots to prove it. Maybe (THAT) should prove some things relevant to this thread. How can Roman have so many problems with so many people saying the same thing, but he still thinks he's credible? Now thats a great question.

Yeah I get it. I've never come down this hard on someone. I typically don't have the time.

.....I do feel bad though. I re-read all of it. I dont have this much hate in my heart. This kids got enough bad publicity out there.
