    Thanks.

And i think i can fix the tire flexing by pulling the bumper off and reinforcing it. the bumper has a lot to do with the tire bouncing around.

Quick and dirty dog platform. Bolts to factory seat hinges. Should be good enough. And provide some airflow to the battery charger under there.

Out this weekend testing the setup with the entire family, Wife, 3 month old, and dog.

    Good stuff.
    • Dog platform worked perfect. didnt slide around at all. Dog slept the entire way no throw up. Could be made 3-4" taller if i wanted more storage under it.
    • Packout drawers for kitchen and tools worked so much better then grocery bags and wood boxes. easy access to everything.
    • Need rock sliders to stand on when accessing the roof top bins.
    • New rear shocks way more dampening then the old ones.
    • 5.29 gears was great on the trails and anything under 100km/h. Didnt feel great going any faster then 100km/h but probably would have been fine.
    • Parking brake seemed to work fine, Im skeptical still.

    Needs improvement.
    • Dislike climbing on the roof to tie up the tents. i don't know how to do this better. too long for in the bed.
    • Need some place to mount dirty shovel. Maybe on the Diamond back?
    • Electrical
      • Need 12v plug near the front of the truck.
      • Rear 12v plug seems to have excessive voltage drop. 13.2V at battery 11V in tent with a 50W load.
      • Fridge was also reporting 11V while the coffee machine was running. I must have some bad connection in the system.
    • Suspension
      • Front shocks need more dampening. Going to try the Dobinsons for the next trip.
      • Icon RXT leaf pack needs to be in option 3 mode. rear was about 1/2" off the bump stop
    • Swingout
      • Add fold down table
      • Add storage for fuel, possibly water jug if not too heavy.
      • Latch open that doesn't require a bungee cord to hold open.
      • Small chainsaw mount? nice to keep the mess out of the truck.

Good times it's been what seems like forever since I been out.
I'm so relieved the gears worked out for you. It was a real head scratched.
I'm sorry I don't have a vehicle to get the tires from you but I'm not done yet anyway.
    Nice camping
