That new on is identical (except for color) to my 30-year-old Craftsman that I inherited from my father.

My mother (98 years old) finally killed the Craftsman saws all she's had for 30+ years. She instructed me to get a replacement, so I bought the Bauer 10 amp corded one. Let's see if it outlives her.

Scrubbed some tires, and knocked a dent out.
I still have a corded drill and saw from my grandfather that have to be at LEAST 50 years old. Don't use them often much that drill has some torque. It really is interesting to see the difference in quality over the years.

Anyone have either the 2650psi or 3200psi pressure washers? And the surface attachment? I've been barrowing from friends for long enough, and the wife is asking me to clean up the driveway, front walk ways, and the pool deck and pergola.. so

I don’t know what’s more awesome, the fact she killed a saw at her age, or she needs another , cause I’m guessing she’s got shit to do.

its not Harvor Freight, but i have the Ryobi 2700psi electric with 15” surface cleaner which is rated for 2500-3300psi range.

it does fine for my needs. if i could, i would recommend getting a surface cleaner that has wheels.

my just has the spinning jet bar and brush bristles around the edge. very manual. i think i interchanged between the jet nozzle and surface cleaner the last time i did the patio. i seem to remember that just using the surface cleaner is kind of hard on the back. but its been awhile since I last used it.

Finally got the new 1.5 ton Badlands Jack. With the extension, the lift height is ridiculous. This will be replacing my everyday shop jack as well.

Sick! I'm in the opposite boat. I was looking at the low profile long reach ones last night. Oil change is coming up on my subaru and my 3 ton daytona doesn't fit under it. Debating helper ramps vs a new jack. Ramps are 1/5 the price, but they sketch me out.

Bilstein 6112 front / 5100 rear (extended) shocks, Headstrong AAL, Firestone airbags, 4.88 gears, OME Carrier bearing drop kit, Aluminum 1/4" skids (engine to transfer). Custom sliders (1.75" HREW tube w/ 3/16" base plates). Custom front bumper and high clearance rear bumper (1/4" steel plate, 1.75" tube.) Apex 5500 winch w/synthetic line (36lbs) and required accessories for an underpowered winch (snatch blocks and extra line.) Tekonsha P3 brake controller, remote start, any-time-backup camera w/ front facing camera, Leer 100R shell (w/e-track single slot tie-down mounts for removable Yakima EasyTop.) Cat shields by CaliRaised. Husky liners, window tint, heated seat (passenger only.) Relentless bed rail brackets with QuickFists (shovel/axe/fire extinguisher.) Hondo Garage Un-holey vent mount. Anytime rear with front facing camera. Billet front seat risers. Viair 88p. 265/75r16 Goodyear Ultra-terrain tires.

You should be fine with the ramps. Perhaps buy a solid rubber wheel chock for extra peace of mind.

I have the PITTSBURGH 6500 lb. Capacity Portable Ramp Set and use it to change the oil in our Hyundai Kona. The long reach low profile Daytona is what I use on the Tacoma for wheel/tire/suspension work.. it's a bear to drag around in a gravel driveway at >105 lbs but easily tall enough for the Tacoma with a 2" lift.

I have the Dayton log reach low profile and it just fits under my son's WRX and works on my Taco. My old jack would not fit under the WRX so we'd drive the wheels onto pieces of 2"x8" lumber then slide the jack under.

Yeah, I have a 2023 WRX. I might try just driving on a 2x8 and see.. That sounds much, much cheaper.

If you just need to lift the car slightly to be able to get the jack under the car then I would just buy some pressure treated decking and cut it so that you had a slight step up and down to be able to drive onto the wood to elevate that car slightly.

I have like 5 different jacks with this one now. Haha. I really should clear out one or two of them. I have a 2 ton aluminum one that was awesome but I can’t find a decent repair kit for the leaking cylinder. The generic kits I find online only last a few months before they leak again so I’m done throwing money at it. I have the 3 ton steel Pittsburgh with a pro eagle extension on it that has been the main workhorse for the garage. I have a 1.5 ton aluminum one that gets used for small cars- civic, mini cooper and the Subaru. I also have the aluminum Pittsburgh motorcycle jack.

Took advantage of the current sale on icon wrenches. Trying to build up more tools for on trails by replacing what at home.

I still have a corded 1/2" Craftsman Drill that I bought about 40 years ago, don't use it often either but you are right that it has serious torque.
