For what I use my truck, didn’t see the need to spend that money on something I’ll pretty much never use.

From the looks of your truck, it seems you have every other possible upgrade, I just figured that's about all that's left.

Fixed some bad wiring from adding lights in the past. Pulled all my patches from the roof put the stock stereo back in the truck.

As soon as I do a check ill put this all back together and then off for a detail then selling it.

Thanks for asking. Part of the line at one point runs about a half inch away from the lowest idler pully and 1 inch from the drive belt crank pulley. The insulation I used is 1/2" thick. I don't want to take the chance of potential debris getting in the drive belt. It could be easily done and was tempting. As you said that part of the line is mostly in front of and below the engine and likely not as hot.
The part I insulated is above the exhaust manifold area of the engine bay. I believe insulating the potentially hottest area is better than nothing. I'm happy with the results.

    Here is where I stopped.
AC low pressure line insulation 2025.jpg

After that the clearance to drive belt pulleys gets too tight. At least 3/4 of the total pipe is insulated.

I didn't order a set, kinda regret it, just didn't need/want to have to buy tires as well, since I have 17's now. But I did order new carpet for the taco. When I did the bucket seat swap, I kinda butchered my original carpet, so put actual bucket seat carpet in it. That discount made it alot more reasonable to replace it.

I've been through SPC's and TC's. They're good when they work and aren't knocking around. I switched to JBA's based on their design and ease of maintenance. I haven't had an issue since I installed them last year.

SPC came out with a new new style bj that is sealed and different than the many failures of the past. It was released in June 2024. Part # 35101. I replaced mine in August 2024, got over 10k miles and heavy offroad use no issues. Time will tell but I think these are good.

The same shit everyone else has.
    Progress…

Baked apart a set of lights

    upload_2025-6-10_23-47-50.jpg

    Pulled out the guts

    upload_2025-6-10_23-48-21.jpg

Stripped the chrome off of them

    upload_2025-6-10_23-49-18.jpg

    I’ll paint them tomorrow.

I also got the new grille shell painted

    upload_2025-6-10_23-50-35.jpg

It needs knocked down and one final coat of paint then cleared.

I ordered a can of 2K clear and another set of Apollo 3 shrouds to paint.

I’m looking forward to getting this little facelift done

I’m at 37x12.50r17 currently. I was on 35s for a couple years I was just fine imo until I jumped up to 37s. I also have the 3 degree cam gears done as well so that helps.

You think 4.88 will be enough for 37’s?
