Why the 'right side insert' isn't in the part# description is anyone's guess. This info is from a dealer website online parts lookup.

You used to be able to just buy new starter solenoid contacts instead of replacing the whole starter. Did it on my Camry once. Good luck finding the parts now though. Even then I ordered them online and just kept banging on my starter until they came :)

Finished up my aux fuse block. Took longer than I wanted but I added a few extra switched wires without any switches yet. Used some cat6 plenum :)

I think it best that NO ONE should know you are armed till After you have made the LIFE CHANGING decision that lethal force is justified, and worth the costs, maybe even a home re-finance. People are crazy, Knowledge is power, so keep them in the dark until/unless the situation escalates all by itself, to the level of necessity. In any confrontation, knowing you are armed, automatically either escalates or deters, without your having any choice or influence on which way it goes; reserve that choice and influence, so you can explore de-escalation first. For me, the decision to reveal a weapon has exactly the same consequences as deciding to take a life; there are many other options and considerations before making that decision. After the reveal, you have fewer options, with one of them being Life Changing.

That makes sense, 98% the time it is the solenoid that goes bad, not the starter itself. Somehow we got trained to understand the solution is a more expensive modern fix. I'm sure I would have tried fixing a solenoid if I even knew it was an option.

I also added this silliness. Will use for hauling trash and stuff. This short bed is somewhat hindering compared to long bed.

I had always assumed these mounted to the rails but I guess not. Where does this mount to and how hard is it to remove it?

Purchased Toyota Certified, with Vijay bumpers, additional lights, and Falken Wildpeaks on Fuel rims. Prev owner apparently painted the grill.
Do I recall that you customized an off the shelf bracket to work with the clutch reservoir? What bracket is this? I want to add a fuse block, but my clutch reservoir is in the way of most of them.
