Nilight makes other lights.. but at the same time do you really want to put a $35 spacer lift on your $30k+ truck?

I wouldn't. Look into a Bilstein lift for something budget

Almost all spacer kits will be the same, unfortunately. It probably doesn't matter on the brand

yes. Do you want to be ~ 1 or 1.5 higher in the front that’s really all it’ll come down to.

I wish I could find a high quality brand that sells 2.5 spacers with a lifetime warranty like rough country .. RC only has the 2”

Those are just estimates. Basically the ass end of your truck right now probably sits somewhere between 1-2” higher than the front. You’d have to measure it to get the specifics of your truck to truly know how much higher you’ll be in the front after installing spacers.
Both the 2” and 2.5” spacers will make your front end sit higher. How much higher is only going to be a .5” difference between the two kits.

High quality =/= Rough Country. Also you are shopping for a chunk of metal... What kind of warranty do you think you need for that? I can assure that if that breaks, the cost to replace it will be the least of your worries. And no warranty is going to cover collateral damage.

    Also https://accutuneoffroad.com/articles/why-are-tacoma-spacer-lifts-so-bad/

It's really not a good idea to use that big of a spacer. 1/2" max (gives 1" lift) or you're going to have problems.

Agreed. I think the 2 and 2.5 OP is talking about are lift height from the spacers, not spacer thickness. Good info though.

Fair. But it's a 2:1 ratio. So to get even 2" lift requires a 1" spacer. The UCA and CV axles can only droop an extra 1" max. When you add spacers, you are also increasing the extended length of the shock which means more droop. Therefore 1/2" spacer is the max before your CV joints start binding and the UCA starts making contact with the coils at full droop.

completely agree with you. I wouldn’t/didn’t go for a spacer lift personally.

I have not used a leveling kit or RC. Because it is bad. So no.

That is lifting the front. Improperly.
To raise a Tacoma's suspension you use a taller spring designed to do that, and shock/strut designed for that.

Yes, a 1" spacer in the front will give you 2" of lift.
I wouldn't go any higher, to keep the CV axles and boots happy.
    Then... research ECGS bushing.

Guys I’ just measured my truck… from the tire to the body ..
    Rear is 7.5 in
    Front is 5 in ..

Even a 2.5 front spacer might not even give me a higher front end

a 2 inch spacer is literally not even enough to level it out

I heard getting the ECGS bushing is good.. you think I’d be okay doing this mod and having a 2.5 inch spacer lift in the front

2.5” of factory rake seems off but maybe your front end is sagged. Like others have mentioned, you’re not going to want to go more than 2.5” of lift, unless you want to start playing with UCAs.
