I have a really nice '22 DCLB 4x4 SR5. I have the power seat, power mirrors, and power windows. But I was surprised my truck doesn't have an 'auto UP' feature for the driver's window.
I saw some posts with a replacement switch, but I guess I'm wondering if the '22 should have it already, or was it something that only came on trim levels higher than SR5?

Not aware of an ''auto up'' feature with my 22 sr5 and 22 Pro.

I don’t mean this to sound condescending, but is the switch labeled with an “A”? If not, your truck doesn’t have the feature and you need an aftermarket switch. I think KJTO makes some but a lot of people around here have beef with that company because of some old drama.
If your switches (both front windows) are labeled “A” and simply aren’t working, google the reset procedure. It’s like; hold a switch down for a long time and then up for a long time or something like that

I know this link is for a 2nd gen, and 2dr or access cab specifially.

However you might find it an interesting read for a couple of reasons

    1) There are some resources mentioned that might be helpful

    2) it shows what can be done with some effort and research. For me, it was easy peasy once I had the part in hand. Just like my intermittent wipers and back up camera were. But the good folks around here had to point the way for all those things.

I may have the only existing 5 lug with those features. :D

Never even looked at the switches, just noticed the “A” , thanks.
For the OP, Techstream has some settings for the windows, don’t remember what the settings were, but perhaps a past owner had some “Customization” done.

    This ^

I put one of those in a while back. It should have come with it. Such a nice feature. Easy plug and play replacement too. Don't think about, just buy it, ha.

My 21 off road has it, I would have to believe your Pro does.

I had a 17 SR5, it had 1 auto up on driver side.

Now, I have a 17 TRD, both sides have auto ups.

I also installed that all auto up window switch. And yes it is a very nice feature, only downside is on mine the rear passenger button brightness is dim compared to the rest.

Maybe I'm clueless on the meaning of the ''up'' in what auto up really means. My sr5 has the single ''A'' button the Pro both driver and passenger ''A'' buttons. But the trucks don’t do auto up they do auto down. What am I missing here?

Yes, my driver's window is labeled with the 'A'. I'll try the reset procedure tonight after I get home from work. Hopefully that will fix it!

The instructions in funknnastys comment (#14) are what I used years ago after my battery replacement. Fingers crossed that’s all it takes for ya!
