HELP: What tire size is the best?

Hey guys,

I'm about to order new tires. Going to go with the BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A tire and will have 5100s all round (leveled out in front) but I am not sure what size to go with. I want to go with stock size (265/70/16) but they are more expensive as they only come in a D rated tire, and I dont know if I want to get the next size up (265/75/16) as I dont want the tires to look "stuffed". Any suggestions as to which tire to go with?? Thanks!

 

I'd say go with the 265/75's, they look great on 1st gens, and theyre not too much of a difference from your 265/70's.

Yeah I've searched and searched. I was just looking for some first hand opinions.

 

They won't look "stuffed". Reasoning behind you siding for the 75s?

 

Guess I will go with that size then.

 

I just ordered the BFG TA KO 275/70/17 to go on my MotoMetal 17x9
Rims. Will fill out nicely with a 2" lift.
