    I love this area. Mostly larches here so in the fall it’s really awesome driving around with all of the yellows. My version of fall colors since we don’t have many leafy trees.
    Little too people-y for my taste this time of year but I can suffer though for one weekend.

    Larches are deciduous conifers in the genus Larix, of the family Pinaceae. Growing from 20 to 50 metres tall, they are native to the cooler regions of the northern hemisphere, where they are found in lowland forests in the high latitudes, and high in mountains further south.
