Man 3 Bears is a lot further than I wish it was, almost 4 hours door to door. That just might not be doable at this point with the newborn. What about MA Bell?

Both are 2 hours for me, i can do that weekend, and my truck is going on neither trail

I could go for moral support.

It's worth going. Normally a trip out there is about 4 to 6 hours on dirt

Yeah it’s definitely worth the trip, just don’t know if I can pull off that far of a trip right now with the newborn making planning tricky

Ross didn't so VW hill because of the Suez. Has @Roody been up to VW prior?

We could plan the day with the location TBD day of :notsure: for me it's about two hours for either, if we do 3 bears I'd prefer Saturday so that we aren't leaving and heading down highways on a Sunday afternoon.

We didn’t make it to VW, the bumper debacle derailed things lol

I say let’s just block the day and where we end up can be tbd.

I’d be down for a Mabell trip assuming I have new frame horns. Gotta mess around there not just an up and down

Yeah I mean the nice thing about going there is we can spend some time messing around and not just trying to get through

I think we will be fine for mid July, if we wanted to go there.

I truly understand both arguments whether we choose to go to Three bears or choose to go to Ma Bell...... I continue to Revert back to the same argument which is The overall pros and cons of each:

    three bears:
Pros: highly technical, takes the whole day (So it makes the entire day about Wheeling), possible chance for vw Hill, Sketchy bridge, Excellent barbecue place afterwards
Cons: It's all the way up in Weare, NH

    MA bell:
Pros: Is highly technical, chance to finally get your and use your winch, closer to everyone (More centralized) great wings afterwards.
Cons: Only takes about a half an hour up and a half an hour down (So what makes the entire day about a couple of obstacles), Have to be highly modified now with the go arounds closed off

I'm just going to put this out here and it may not be a popular statement but If the three bears and Ma Bell were technically right next to each other We would all be choosing to do the three bears..... am I wrong in this statement?

You hit the nail on the head

If you guys want to do Three Bears go for it... unfortunately that would likely render me a no-go for this one... just too far to swing a day that long/far leaving my wife alone solo with a 3 month old and 3 y/o
