    Hi

    i have 95 taco 2.4L engine with 370K miles.

i recently did a head gasket job on it with a used cylinder head.

i Remove the spark plug in cylinder 1 and saw the cylinder head has like condensation built up on it.
On Cyl 2,3,4. It looks clean to built up.

i have not done a compression test on it.

but the truck runs fine even the spark plug looks fine No errors found on the scan tool.

    appreciate any feedback.

High mileage engines that have had head work tend to start consuming more oil after the head work.
Not all of those, but most of the time. The rings just can’t contain the oil.
155 psi is low. It’s got a worn or stuck ring.

Personally, I’d just add oil as needed. (If need).
I’d not do anything until I get a misfire, or have a drivability issue.

It’s a 370k mile engine. It’s done all it can.
At this point, run it until it won’t run.
    Then consider your options.
