    Includes mounting brackets.

    Some rust at the bolt holes, but mounts solid. Sticker residue and paint is somewhat faded. See pics.

    It could stand to have the threads chased and maybe some new bolts, but I had it on and off a couple times as-is, so that's not strictly necessary if you're careful not to cross-thread. Original bolts are included, minus the ones that you'll reuse from the OE tow hooks.

    Came off a 2001.
