Table & radial arm saw seem to be prices all over the place from insane to get it out of here, I don't know how many of those insane priced ones actually sell.

I have a big honker of a miter saw, 12" on the nifty stand - big & heavy to move around.

If this was at a sale I wouldn't have bought it but for free . I took it up to the rental I'm working on.

If you really want to see them grow put them in your gutters. :annoyed:

Most of the trees in my neighborhood don't come up to my gutters. I miss having tall trees for some shade but I don't miss having to clean the gutters!

    Thanks!

Yeah, it’s crazy how quickly the market changed. We’re finding properties in our area are still priced as it was 2023. We’re not doing that and have it priced fairly, plus it has what I think is the best lot and view in the neighborhood.

This is a practice run for us. Our home, the one some of you long time listeners here might remember with the crazy _ss neighbor claiming a ROW, is going on the market later this year. It an old house with some local provenance, a carraige house original to the house and a separate two car garage. There are several similar houses languishing on the market without the aux buildings or provenance and we’re thinking of putting it on the market well below those. But first we need to get this first one sold.

lmao, I would have turned it into a chop saw… I need one of those. HF had one in clearance, marked $75 so I pulled it up to the register… with new blade in hand… Guy said warranty is like 24 Hrs, so I said I gotta test it out then… go plug it in… doesn’t work (no power). I ask if I’m missing a safety switch or a main power switch, so he looks and then calls the manager… he comes and tries all the same and then says… well, guess they should have checked first before putting it out. Sorry. :annoyed:
I’m still looking for a chop saw, but I’ve got a blade!

You sure that's the right sized blade? It looks like it's a tad big for that saw

When I was a kid I remember my dad mowing the lawn and saying there’s nothing like the smell of fresh dog shit on your tires. Never understood that. 40+years later I’m mowing my on lawn and running over dog shit and you know what….. I still don’t get it

Makes me remember the one time I set out a self-propelled push mower out to the curb for scrap when I lived in Mississippi. The self drive mechanism didn't work very well, but the main issue was the engine was wore slap out. Once it warmed up the engine would just bog and die. Got home one evening and found it pushed back in front of the garage with a spring added to get the drive mechanism to work better. I applaud the chap who did that, but the engine was shot. I think a co-worker scrapped it for me

I think the thing holding people back may be the higher interest rates. I know it's holding me back. I want to be out of this place so bad, but the math just doesn't work out :annoyed:

That's what my neighbor's tree did this year. Dropped them by the bucket load.

Campus looked like a ticker tape parade after the Super Bowl.

And three weeks later, everything is gone.

I have those two big Norway Maples in my front yard that don't really shed a whole bunch of those whirlybirds. Weird how that works o_O

Our 9 year old kept complaining about how hard it was to buckle in, problem fixed with some packing foam!
