    154 miles yesterday, 2.1 gallons of gas.:D
Removed the air box baffle this morning, it did make the intake louder but not annoying, doubles the volume of the air intake opening, less restriction. Hoping to add +2 HP and avoid sprocket changes.

The HeliBars came in this week, so the wife and I installed them on her Rebel 1100 DCT yesterday.

This pic is how she normally sat on the bike (before Heli)
    FB_IMG_1750009602779.jpg

Here is how she would have to sit if she slid back on the seat properly.
    FB_IMG_1750009595870.jpg

And here is how she is with the HeliBars, sitting all the way back on the seat. She can actually relax and bend her elbows. Hoping this helps with her shoulder pain that starts 1 to 1.5 hours into a ride.
    FB_IMG_1750009606942.jpg

Took us a good 4 hours to install. Including 20 minutes or so trying to find a bolt that fell down behind the radiator. Definitely needed the 2nd set of hands once in awhile.

Hoping to go out on a ride today and see how she likes it, only did a short 15 minute ride yesterday to make sure we did ok bleeding the brakes. She said the bike feels like it's the right size now, so that's positive!

Happy Father’s Day to all. Just got back from golf. Contemplating riding or not today. Lots of cars out today so I may just hang out here.

Took the tracer two up down to blip today. The gf wanted to try with no bags on the bike because she has hated getting over the side bags. But as we started riding she found out she didn't like the bike without the bags? Without the top box she feels she will slide off the back so she hunches over pretty bad! Without the side bags she feels her legs will fall off the pegs. It's all a learning curve for her but if she is more comfy having the boxes I'll run the boxes. To be fair I took them off because she told me to but let's not say nothing to her :D.

Also washed the bike and got it all spiffy. I had a helper but all she did was bite at the water so not super helpful! But she had fun.

I just got back from a ride on the bonneville. The grill is lit and I'm about to grill up some brats with peppers and onions, potatoe salad for a side. I love summer food!

I was there yesterday and bought a second one of the small " drive kit you posted a long time back. Now with 2 of them I can just let one under the seat of each FJR and not move them back ad forth depending on which one I'm going to be using. I also ordered a second Moto Pump last night and tire plug kit so I don't have to move those around either.
