Has anyone used this?

 

I normally use the Mobil 1 Advanced Fuel Economy formula. That is a good Amazon price.

 

I use extended performance. Mobil lists the Extended Performance as higher in the chain than Truck/SUV, but if you change your oil every 5k miles, it doesnt really matter what you use

 

I use Mobil 5. It is 5 times better than Mobil 1

 

Yes that is the one I used last time. I will probably use that one again, was just wondering if the one that says Truck & SUV was used by anyone

 

Honestly, I use whatever is cheapest and full synthetic. So usually Pennzoil. More important than brand or model is that you change it on a regular basis. The truck and SUV stuff would be fine

 

Plain Mobil 1 0w20 is marketed as “advanced fuel economy”. I’ve used that over two Tacomas doing 6 mo/5k changes completely fine and healthy blackstone reports every year or so.

A five qt and another 1 qt for a change is right about $30 at Walmart, add in a OEM filter and your oil changes should be close to $36.
